Emotional Competence:

In this episode, Isabelle Vinet, Executive director of the Centre of Excellence for Early Childhood Development (CEECD), addresses our audience regarding how we can help children manage emotions such as stress, anxiety and anger, and how to help children feel comfortable expressing these emotions. She also speaks to how we can assist children’s emotional competence as a whole amid COVID-19.

This project is funded in part by the Government of Canada's Social Development Partnerships Program (Children and Families). Project partners are Families Canada, Centre of Excellence for Early Childhood Development, Lawson Foundation, Margaret and Wallace McCain Family Foundation, Red River College, Université Laval, Dr. Paul Roumeliotis, and Storypark.
