Increasing Service Provider Capacity to Improve Seniors' Digital Literacy
Why Seniors' Digital Literacy? Family support centres are essential in supporting the seniors in their community. However, with more activities shifting online and some seniors having difficulty using phones and computers to access services, social isolation is worsening. We partnered with Connected Canadians on a project to increase the capacity of family support practitioners in supporting seniors with improving their digital literacy.
